Does Gate.HK have virtual asset trading license(s) in Hong Kong?

Gate.HK has submitted the application for licences from the Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong to carry on business in Type 1 (Dealing in Securities) and Type 7 (Providing Automated Trading Services) regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO) and also a licence to carry on business of providing virtual assets services under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (AMLO).
While the licence applications have yet to be approved by the SFC, the submission of the licence application permits Gate.HK to continue its operation in Hong Kong under the transitional arrangement.
